A company that moves forward along with technology

In 1955 a small construction team, which until then had only been involved in drainage subcontracts, decided to establish a company that would become the greatest in its field. Several years later CONSTRUCTORA URBANA S. A. (CUSA) became the leading construction firm in the country.
Since then, CUSA has been well-known for the construction of roads, houses, infrastructure and bridges in urban and rural areas, of difficult access innovating and adapting new procedures and technologies that have changed the construction industry in Panama. This has allowed CUSA to successfully enter new areas, such as the development of container and cruise ports.
Maximum quality, the trademark of all of CUSA’s civil engineering projects, has resulted in the success of the Villa Lucre Urbanization, the largest housing development project to date in Panama, and also of the novel and luxurious Costa Dorada Complex.
