In the last twenty years, CONSTRUCTORA URBANA, S. A. has played an important role in the country’s development, with a significant contribution, either totally or jointly, in highly important projects for the Republic of Panama.
Opening Roads to the New Millenium
CUSA has acquired specialized experience in many and diverse branches of construction due to the challenges of Panama’s rugged terrain. Work on large projects requiring high technology and the strictest of international standards has allowed us to work with such recognized international firms and institutions such as the U.S. Armed Forces and the U.S. Corps of Engineers.
With the bid on the important highway from Punta Peña to Almirante, CUSA has reasserted its solid financial reputation as the only Panamanian firm in a position to draw together three highly important national and international financial institutions in order to obtain funds for the project. This occurred because the State had not yet established the required parameters to refinance the external debt.
The acquiring of these funds demonstrates the confidence placed by these important national and international financial institutions in CUSA’s professionalism.
